The movements are stylized, the mask work technical and the characters and their physical choices are extreme.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">The style is used to train all aspects of the actors&#8217; art: from expanded physical characterization to psychological identification to partner play, rhythm, timing and improvisation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>We are most often asked to teach Commedia dell&#8217;arte\u00a0for\u00a0<em>Gymnasie\u00a0<\/em>Drama classes. Here, the students are introduced to the\u00a0basic gallery\u00a0of Commedia\u00a0characters, their\u00a0appetites, attributes, and movements.
